This has been a busy week here at the Law Office of Adam Woody. Adam was interviewed by KSPR and KOLR10 regarding Tuesday’s Supreme Court decision, which determined that all breathalyzer results in DWI cases cannot be used against the driver in either the criminal case or to suspend their driver’s licenses, if that breathalyzer had been maintained between November 30, 2012 through January 29, 2014. Although most DWI’s from that time period have already been resolved, there will no doubt be additional litigation to determine the impact this ruling will have on already resolved cases.
